Carlisle Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway with his selections for a £50,000 guaranteed pool

The following 6f novice (2.45) is another small-field event and it looks between Reciprocated and Regional Rock. Reciprocated is my idea of the winner, but take insurance with the unnamed favourite, just in case the market speaks heavily in favour of Regional Rock.

The mile handicap (3.15) has attracted 17 runners and four places will be on offer as long as at least 16 line up. It can pay to go with two of the last-time-out winners, Feel The Need and Impartiality.

The 7f Listed race (3.45) has attracted eight and Verse Of Love rates a banker provided they all run, while the consistent Per Contra is trusted in the 1m3f handicap (4.15).

The Carlisle Bell (4.50) is the last leg and Liamarty Dreams is weighted to go well after finishing second two years ago off a 4lb higher mark. Arkhalia Flynn is the best alternative.
